Ocean Bath – Arabian Sea
“hark, now hear the sailors cry, smell the sea, and feel the sky let your soul & spirit fly, into the mystic…” – Van Morrison
There is something about the oceans, which has drawn me to it ever since I was a kid. Most of my travels, photography, and adventures have all been centered around oceans and islands. Oceans have this remarkable power of drawing you to its vastness and might. Any simple encounter with the ocean can leave an everlasting impression and create memories in your’s mind forever.
Although each and every Cinthol bathing video was amazing to watch, the one that struck me most was probably the ocean bathing. The idea of going deep down in the salty waters in the middle of the infinite vastness is just incredible. I love and I live for the oceans.
Inspired by Cinthol’s ocean bathing video, I set sail in a fisherman’s boat deep into the sea with a friend to shoot some video footage and photos of my incredible bathing. It was a warm sunny morning, and it was time for me to bathe in the middle of the ocean. It took me about half an hour to reach a distant spot in the middle of the ocean. The fishermen were amused and wondered why I was taking a bath in the saltwater, and definitely why in a spot like that. To my surprise, the fishing boat had a rustic iron bucket and I used it to bathe with loads of saltwater. It was also an opportunity to unleash my choice of Cinthol soap from the gift hamper and it was unarguably the most exciting, memorable, and cherishing bath I ever had in my life.
Gosh! They say time flies! I am yet to come to terms with how quickly the time flew by – the time I blogged for Cinthol. It was phenomenal -recollecting my memories, putting them in words, and sharing them with all through my blog. It kept me on the edge the entire time. Honestly, I never thought I would have so many incredible and adventurous episodes to blog post about until I sat down to put some of my unique experiences. Certainly, this was once in a lifetime opportunity for me and trust each word which I say. I am really proud and honored to be part of the “Alive is Awesome” campaign by Cinthol and everyone associated with it. This is something I am going to cherish and remember for the rest of my life.
